We will:
- Audit your loan documentation to make sure that your lender has binding legal contracts, actually owns your mortgage note, and is servicing your loan legally and properly;
- Work with your attorney to provide all supporting documentation necessary to reach the best financial solution possible with your lender, quickly;
- Always be honest with you and advise you what we can accomplish for you and what you can expect;
- Assist your attorney in successfully facilitating your residential or commercial loan modification by preparing a legal “Case Binder” that can be used with your lender or used in litigation.
How We Do It
Our company provides its auditing and paralegal support services “Case Management” to experienced attorneys that have been performing successful residential loan modifications and commercial loan work out services.
Our company does not perform any type of loan modification or work out service, but instead, focuses on complete case preparation for your attorney based on your particular lenders guidelines.
Our Company will gather all the necessary information your attorney will need to present your case to your lender. We will compile and package your employment information, financial data, banking accounts, expenses, and outline any financial hardship that you and your family may be experiencing, at a fraction of the cost an attorney will charge you.
Our Company will discuss all available options that are currently being offered in the market for your home. Being realistic and informed about your options will allow you to be better prepared when you discuss your case with your attorney.

Our company strives to provide first-class auditing and paralegal support services to properly prepare you for legal representation.
After you have made the decision to move forward with our services, we will immediately start the process of gathering all of your documentation, audit your loan documentation, and build a complete legal case file to deliver to your attorney of choice to begin the negotiation process with your lender. We do not stop working for you. We continue to work with your attorney to update any critical documents, plans or financials that your lender may require. Your attorney will contact your lender with your permission, and begin the negotiation process. Although most lenders are overwhelmed, it is reasonable to expect the process to take anywhere from 3 months to 9 months to reach a solution.
Our Company provides auditing and paralegal services, and compiles a “Case Binder” for your attorney. Our services are considered to be completed after we deliver your “Case Binder” to you or to your attorney of choice. Most attorneys do not collect any upfront fees to perform their residential loan modification services. You should read the contract provided to you by your attorney in order to fully understand their fee structure and services.
